PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that:

Washington City hereby gives notice of the intent to consider declaring certain real property owned by the City to be Surplus Property and take steps to sale such property.  A Public Hearing will be held January 27, 2021 at 6:00 P.M., or shortly thereafter to allow for public comment.  

The parcel of real property is “significant” under applicable Utah or Washington City law. The Property is being considered for sale to the immediately-adjacent real property owners Flood Control Authority based on professional appraisal values. The Property is approximately 0.0892 acres and located on the east end of 3650 South, Washington, Utah 84780.

You are welcome to submit in writing your comments or concerns to recorder@washingtoncity.org  or respond through the posted agenda or “Items Available for Public Comment” at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings the link will remain open for comments until the close of the public hearing by the City Council on December 9, 2020.
