PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Washington City will host a meeting on Wednesday September 15, 2021 at 5:30 PM.  The Planning Commission will be held in the City Council Chambers of the Washington City Offices located at 111 North 100 East, Washington, Utah.  The meeting will be broadcast via Youtube Live linked online at https://washingtoncity.org/meetings

2. Consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Labyrinth Point at Long Valley Phase 1 Final Plat located at approximately Long Valley Road and Lost Spring Drive.  Applicant: DR Horton, Don Bean

5. PLAT AMENDMENT 
           

1. Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council for the Finley Farms Preliminary Plat Amendment located at approximately 300 East 4300 South.  The purpose is Lots 172-175 have been removed.  Lot 176 has been added due to the acquisition of the remainder parcel.  Lot 82 at the south end of the development has been re-configured and some land is being swapped with the neighbor to the south to facilitate frontage on Weatherby Way.  Phases 1C, 2B and 5B have been added to accommodate construction on the NRCS line project requested by NRCS and Washington County.  Applicant: Bright Ideas REI, LLC

Public Hearing for consideration and recommendation to City Council a Zone Change request Z-21-18 to change from A-20 & RA-½ (Agricultural minimum 20 acres and Residential Agricultural minimum 1 half acre lots) to R-1-12 ( Single Family Residential 12,000 minimum sq ft lots) located at approximately 2700 South Washington Fields Road.  Applicant:  Stephen Simister
