Veterans Park New Playground

Veterans Park is now home to a beautiful new playground.  This wonderful structure became a reality as a result of RAP (Recreation, Arts, Parks) Tax funding. City leaders, as well as Washington City Parks & Recreation staff, are grateful for your support.  Families are encouraged to visit our oldest park downtown while enjoying the newest playground and recently renovated park pavilion.  Veteran’s Park is located in the heart of our community at 75 East Telegraph Street.  Many annual traditions continue at this historic location, and many memories continue to be made as a result of our longstanding community events.
