The Difference You Make Is Up To You

We recently had a grand opening on our new Main Street and our historic Warm Springs/Boilers Park. Thanks to all of you who attended and a special thanks to our Public Works and Leisure Services personnel who spent countless hours getting everything ready to make both events very successful.

This newsletter will get to you as we are moving into our wonderful fall events. I sincerely hope this holiday season will be a great one for all of you. I am reminded of a thought by Christian Larson that goes like this: “ Promise yourself to be so strong that nothing can disturb your peace of mind. To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to everyone you meet. To make all your friends feel like there is something in them, and to look at the sunnyside of everything and make your optimism come true. To think only the best, work only for the best, and to expect only the best. To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as you are about your own. To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble. To think well of yourself, and proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud words but in great deeds. To live in faith that the whole world is on your side so long as you are true to the best that is in you.....”
