Thank You For Service & Donation

Washington City is the proud recipient of a variety of trees donated by Ivory Homes. To celebrate this generous donation, a small group of Ivory Homes and Washington City Parks employees, along with a strong group of community volunteers, gathered recently for a tree planting activity at Sienna Hills Park. As part of their new effort to further establish themselves as an eco-friendly home builder, Ivory Homes has partnered with TreeUtah and UCAIR to plant 30,000 trees across the state of Utah. As part of this initiative, 20,000 trees are being gifted to communities across the state, while the remaining 10,000 will be planted in new or existing Ivory Homes’ communities. In conjunction with this event, a local Boy Scout, Jason Wall, participated as part of his Eagle Scout Project. He did a great job! Thanks to the helping hands from each person and each organization involved, five new trees have been added to this beautiful city park. More trees will be added at various locations in the near future.
