A big Lions Club R-O-A-R to the citizens of Washington City who celebrated the 4 th of July with patriotism and good times at Veterans Park!!! Countless thanks to the generous local businesses who donated to the Lions Club fundraisers: breakfast, auction, and family activities! All proceeds from these events go to service in the community—scholarships, youth groups, and vision programs. And applause to the many who supported and gave of themselves to make our hometown 4 th of July a true red, white, and blue celebration.
