Free Watercolor Christmas Card Workshop

The Washington City Arts Council is proud to announce the first of many art workshops on Friday, December 4th from 10 AM – 4 PM at the Old School Gymnasium, 25 E Telegraph St, Washington. Instructor Bev Mangum will be teaching us how to create a Watercolor Christmas Card. This is a free workshop for ages 18 years and above and all artistic levels from beginner to experienced. Supplies will be provided. Limited seating to 20 participants, so please register in advance to deb2015@gmail.com. Come create art and learn with us!
