BluCan Opt-Out Period Ending

There is an open opt-out period for all customers who desire NOT to participate in the recycling program. Your opt-out must be submitted online or in-person using an official opt-out form. You can obtain a printed opt-out form from the utility office or fill out the online version.  No Opt-out forms will be accepted after November 30, 2020, at 5:00 PM.  If you have already opted-out of the recycling program during the previous opt-out period in 2015 you DO NOT need to opt-out again.
