Important UtilityStatement Update Coming Soon

Starting in November, utility statements will be available on the 5th and due on the 25th each month.

Why are we making this change?

We’re transitioning to calendar-month billing to align consumption charges with base fees, making it easier to spot any issues with your usage.

What this means for you: In November, your statement will be available on the 5th instead of the 1st. It will include an additional eleven days of consumption from October, so it will be slightly higher than in previous years. The due date in November will be the 25th.

With this change, the grace period for late payments will no longer be offered. To adjust auto-payments, visit Xpressbillpay.com or call our office.
