Washington Parkway Open House

Hearing Date: January 31, 2019, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Washington City, in cooperation with the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT), is in the process of conducting an environmental study (Categorical Exclusion) to evaluate the potential environmental impacts associated with extending Washington Parkway from I-15 Exit 13 to the north end of Green Springs Drive.

Washington City encourages area residents and businesses to attend a public hearing (open house format) for the proposed roadway improvements on Thursday, January 31, 2019, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Washington City Offices, 111 North 100 East.

The public hearing will include informational display boards, project information handouts, and an open microphone for stakeholders to publicly comment on the project. The meeting room meets the accessibility requirements outlined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you have any language, audio, visual, or other ADA needs, please contact Taylor Ricks by phone at 435-669-2261 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting. Comments must be received or postmarked between January 31, 2019 and February 10, 2019.
