PLAT AMENDMENT:

Plat Amendment for Canyon Greens in Coral Canyon, for a change of the lot line between Parcel 4 and Parcel 5, and clarify ownership and property use. Applicant: Reed Scow, Cole West. The City Council approved unanimously.

FINAL PLAT:

Final Plat for Vida Sol Vacation Townhomes, located at approximately 500 North 1100 East, Applicant: Anthony Boccinno. The City Council approved 4 to 1 with conditions.

Final Plat for Rusted Hills Phase 6, located approximately Bronco Drive and Kings Court Lane, Applicant: Ray Dewitt. The City Council approved unanimously.  

AMENDMENT - PRELIMINARY PLAT CONDITIONS:

GTS requested an Amend/Change a Condition to the Preliminary Plat for Shooting Star Subdivision regarding “A Geotechnical Representative MUST BE ONSITE continuously during all grading and trenching operations as required in the Geotech Report.”. The City Council approved unanimously with conditions.

PUBLIC HEARING:

All Public hearings took place and a decision will be made in 2 weeks.

Consideration of granting Zone Change request Z-18-03, to change the zoning designation for Residential Single Family 6,000 sq. ft. lots (R-1-6) to One and Two Family Residential (R-2).  The request is located at 234 North 200 East.  Applicant Jose Sandoval

Consideration of granting Zone Change request Z-18-04, to change the zoning designation from (PUD) to Planned Unit Development Residential (PUD-R).  The request is located at Bella Vista Drive and Telegraph. Applicant:  SJ Property Holding LLC

Consideration of granting a General Plan Amendment G-18-02, to change the land use designation from Community Commercial (CCOM) to High Density Residential (HD).  The request is located at approximately 1100 East and Telegraph. Applicant:  Bruce Dickerson

CHANGE ORDER:

Public Works Director Mike Shaw requested a change order for the Grapevine Booster Pump.  The City Council approved the change order unanimously with conditions to not allow the cost to exceed $183,500.

POWER BOARD:

Council confirm the appointment of Roger Meacham as Power Board Members. The City Council confirmed the appointment unanimously.
