1. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

The Washington City Council approved unanimously with the following adjustments:

The removal of Council minutes from 5/21/2019 (there were none).

The removal of item 5a.

2. ANNOUNCEMENTS

The Mayor excused the City Manager.

3. DECLARATION OF ABSTENTIONS & CONFLICTS

None.

4. CONSENT AGENDA        

The Washington City Council approved the consent agenda as detailed below unanimously.

a. APPROVAL OF MINUTES.

Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meetings of 5/21/2019 and 5/22/2019.

b. BOARD AUDIT REPORT.  

Consideration to approve the Board Audit report for May 2019.

5. PUBLIC HEARINGS

a. Continuation of Public Hearing for the consideration to approve Zone Change request Z-19-05, a request to amend the Stucki Farms Planned Community Development.  Located approximately Washington Fields Road and 4430 South.  Applicant:  Karl Larson  - REMOVED FROM AGENDA-

6. BID AWARDS

a. Consideration to award the bid for the construction of Merrill Road.  Public Works Director Mike Shaw

The Washington City Council approved unanimously awarding the bid to Feller Enterprises.

The project will start in 30 days with completion in 120 days.

7. RESOLUTION

a. Consideration to approve a Resolution approving and entering into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Washington County regarding Election Services.  City Recorder Danice Bulloch.

The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

b. Consideration to approve a Resolution identifying Washington City’s intended use of the Local Transit Portion and the Roads & Streets Portion of the anticipated, County-Approved Local Option General Sales Tax.

The Washington City Council approved unanimously.
