Updates & Events

This past month, the Washington City Youth Council met with the Saint George Youth Council in the Covington Mansion with pizza sponsored by the Washington Lion’s Club. They look forward to working together throughout the coming year! On November 29th at 6:00 PM, there will be a Christmas in Dixie tree lighting at Veterans Park with free hot chocolate and doughnuts! Be sure to bring the whole family, because afterwards, everyone is welcome to stick around for a Christmas Carol-filled wagon ride to the Covington Mansion to see Santa Claus! You can also visit the Grinch and Cindy Lou Who at the old granary in the park for some fun pictures!
