Celebrates Leadership and Legacy

The WCYC graduation ceremony marked the conclusion of the ‘Dare to Lead’ theme. Ten graduating youth were honored for their growth and achievements. Katie Allen’s leadership as mayor set a high standard, inspiring her peers. City scholarships were awarded to Katie Allen, Meili Belnap, and Rachel Kirk for their dedication to service. A special thank you to Carmen Snow for 14.5 years of service as WCYC advisor, ensuring the council’s lasting impact.
