UAMPS Smart Energy

Did you know that Washington City is a participating UAMPS partner?   The Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS) is a political subdivision of the State of Utah that provides comprehensive whole sale electric-energy, transmission, and other energy services to community owned power systems throughout the Intermountain West. What does this mean for Washington City Power customers?  Residential customers of participating UAMPS partners are eligible to receive cash incentives on energy efficient appliances and lighting fixtures.  This means you get cash back when you purchase a qualifying clothes washer, refrigerator, dishwasher, A/C Unit, water heater, or lighting fixtures.
