Firework Safety Tips

Fireworks are always a fun way to celebrate certain holidays but don’t forget they can be dangerous. To help prevent firework related injuries here are a few safety tips:

• Never allow young children to play with or ignite fireworks.
• Never point or throw fireworks at another person.
• Keep a bucket of water or a garden hose handy in case of fire or other mishap.
• Be aware of firework restricted areas.
• No Fireworks shall be ignited after mid-night under state code.
