Celebrating Our Community

There are days when being your City Manager feels like the best job in the world. On June 8th, I attended the 103rd birthday party for one of our sweetest residents, Betty Ferrero. Spending time interacting with her and many other residents at Autumn Park Assisted Living made my week brighter and more positive.  Visits like this remind me that Washington City is all about our wonderful people, and exists because residents chose to come together and organize to provide effective and efficient services and to have a local voice for self-governance. We are at our best when we all come together to work to make life better for everyone. The employees of Washington City work hard to serve our residents, and we appreciate hearing from you about things the City is doing well, along with areas that can be improved. By working together, we can make our community the best it can be.
