Be Aware of Scams!

We hope this message finds you well. It has come to our attention that some residents are receiving calls appearing to be from Washington City, but we want to emphasize that these calls are not from us. The callers may request sensitive information such as your account number and the name associated with the account. We want to assure you that we already have this information and would not ask you to verify it if we initiate the call. Reports indicate that these callers may be engaging in various deceptive practices, such as conducting surveys or threatening to turn off services if an immediate payment is not made. We want to clarify that, at present, we are not disconnecting services for overdue accounts until December 13th. Our office will begin contacting customers around the 7th, and payments for past due accounts will be required by the 12th. To ensure your security and confirm the legitimacy of any communication, please remember to contact us directly at (435) 656-6305 if you have any doubts or concerns.
