Apply The Habit of Going The Extra Mile

I believe it was Mahatma Gandhi that said,” The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service to others.” As we help others by giving back with our service to them you will find that your efforts will truly improve the lives of people around you, and your community. However, I think you will find that the greatest reward is the enrichment and new meaning that it will bring to your life. When your dreams and goals include something that contributes to serving others; it also contributes to the accomplishment of those goals. People want to be a part of something that contributes and makes a difference. One of the final tests of a person could be his or her respect for a person who can be of no possible service to them. We all can start right where we stand and apply the habit of going the extra mile in rendering more and better service to others. Making that difference is a world changer................. Commitment is to continue to expend funds that will enhance the lives of our citizens.
