Honor, Celebrate, & Congratulations!

July is the month to honor our country, our veterans, our troops, and our pioneer ancestors. Washington City Lions Club is proud to be part of these celebrations and, in turn, be able to support community events and services. Plan on attending the Lion Club Pioneer Day Breakfast, Saturday, July 23 rd! Enjoy breakfast and support your community starting at 7 a.m. at Veterans Park. Breakfast is only $5 a person or $20 a family. Use cash or Venmo.

Congratulations to the 2022 Washington City Lions Club Scholarship recipients Sage Talbot and Lawana Alheli Webb! Each has been awarded a $1000 scholarship to continue their education at Dixie State University/Utah Tech University. Paralleling the Lions Club motto, “We Serve,” both Washington City residents expressed their satisfaction in participating in and organizing projects that benefited their community.
