It’s getting hot out in July, and staying cool by the pool sure feels good. However, amidst the enjoyment, it’s crucial to prioritize safety and adhere to local regulations. Residents are encouraged to find out more by visiting the city stormwater website at WashingtonCity.org/stormwater. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Pools and Spa Brochure” to familiarize yourself with guidelines on maintaining pools, including what is prohibited. For further assistance or inquiries, the Stormwater Department can be contacted at (435) 656-6317 during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm.
