APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Consideration to approve the minutes from the City Council Meetings of 5/8/18 and 5/9/18/18. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

SPECIAL EVENT:  

Consideration to approve a Special Event for the the “Movie in the Park”, to be held at the Veterans Park on 6/15/18, 7/20/18, and 8/17/18.  Applicant: St. George Area Chamber of Commerce. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

PRELIMINARY PLAT:

Consideration to approve the Preliminary plat for Brio Phase 4, located at approximately Blue Topaz Drive and Gemstone Way.  Applicant:  Colewest, Reed Scow. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

FINAL PLAT:

Consideration to approve the Final Plat for the Brio Phase 3D, located at approximately Rialto Parkway and Via Modelo.  Applicant Colewest, Reed Scow

Consideration to approve the Final Plat for The Cottages at the Village at Stucki Farms, Phase 1, located at approximately Cattail Way and Washington Fields Road.  Applicant:  Karl Larson. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

BID AWARDS:

Consideration to award the bid for the Washington City Fiber Optic Splicing Project Phase I.  Power Director Rick Hansen.  The Washington City Council approved unanimously to award SES the project in the amount of $27,954.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:

Public Hearings took place, a decision will be made in two weeks.

Public Hearing for consideration to adopt the Washington City 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budget.  City Manager Roger Carter

Public Hearing for consideration to approve a Zone Change request Z-18-09 to amend the Brio Planned Community Development (PCD), by making changes to the Conceptual Site Plan map, the Circulation Plan Map, and the Phasing Plan Map,  Applicant: Cole West, Reed Scow

Public Hearing for consideration to adopt an Affordable Housing Plan. Community Development Director Drew Ellerman

ORDINANCE:

Consider to approve an Ordinance adopting the Affordable Housing Plan for Washington City. Community Development Drew Ellerman. The Washington City Council approved unanimously with conditions.

Consideration to approve an amendment to the Washington City Code Title 8, Chapter 1, Section 6 Fire Code in its entirety. Fire Chief Matt Evans. The Washington City Council voted unanimously to table it.

Consideration to approve an Ordinance adopting  Zone Change request Z-18-05 to change from (OS) Open Space to (R-1-12) Single Family Residential 12,000 sq. ft. min. lots, located at approximately 1250 East 3400 South.  Applicant: Doug Dennett. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

Consideration to approve an Ordinance adopting  Zone Change request Z-18-06 to change from (OS) Open Space to (R-1-6) Single Family Residential 6,000 sq. ft. min. lots, located at approximately 1200 North 560 East.  Applicant: (SITLA) School Institutional Trust Lands, Aaron Langston. The Washington City Council approved unanimously.

Consideration to approve an Ordinance adopting Zone Change request Z-18-07 by amending the PCD Planned Community Development Sienna Hills Sections 1, 1.2.B, 3.1.A, 3.5, 3.83C.E, 3.11, 6, and 10 for Sienna Hills. Applicant: (SITLA) School Institutional Trust Lands, Aaron Langston. The Washington City Council approved 4 to 1 with conditions.
