 Eagle Scout Project

We recently had 14 year old Carter Libby from scout Troop 488 complete his eagle scout project by creating an amazing mailbox where the community can place old U.S. Flags that need to be retired. This mailbox can be found at the Washington City Community Center. Thanks Carter!
