Council’s Corner

My Sincerest Thank You!

As we are coming off of the Christmas and Thanksgiving seasons, I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the residents of Washington City for the privilege of serving you. I am grateful for all of our citizens in Washington City and am hopefully optimistic about the future of our amazing city. During the past few years, I have had the opportunity to work on a number of important initiatives that have had a positive impact on our community. From infrastructure improvements to economic development projects, we have made great strides in making Washington City an even better place to live, work, and raise a family. I am confident that the incoming council member will continue this important work and build on our successes. I also want to encourage all residents to stay engaged in the civic life of our city. Whether it’s attending city council meetings, volunteering for local organizations, or simply staying informed about local issues, your involvement is crucial to the continued success of Washington City. I have no doubt that with your continued support, our city will continue to thrive. It is so important to be involved, especially at a local level. Finally, I want to thank my colleagues on the city council, as well as the city staff, for their hard work and dedication. It has been an honor to serve with you, and I am grateful for the friendships and partnerships that I have formed during my time in office. I am excited about the future of Washington City and look forward to seeing the great things that are in store for our community. Thank you for the opportunity to serve you, and I wish you all the best. I will see you all around!
