Washington Parkway & Telegraph St. Traffic Signal

Project Description:

This project will be a new traffic signal at the intersection of Washington Parkway and Telegraph St. The project will consist of installing conduit, and traffic signal equipment. At this time it doesn’t meet warrants but we anticipate with the developments in the direct area and the continued growth that at the time of completion warrants will be met.  The equipment is ordered and we anticipate to bid the project for construction to begin

sometime in February.

02/25/2020

Equipment has been delivered and the project will advertise for bids to construct last week of February. Construction should start mid March with signal operational first of May.

4/30/2020

Project has been awarded and will start soon with anticipated completion in late May

06/01/2020

Pole bases have been poured, Handicap ramps have been poured, We are waiting on equipment that has been delayed due to Covid-19 but anticipate delivery next week with the completion of the signal mid to late June.

07/01/2020

Some of the equipment has been delivered, and has been installed. We are waiting on several items still to be delivered next week. Anticipate the signal will be operational the 3 week of July
