For the Conceptual Plan and Design of the Washington City Downtown District

Washington City seeks qualified firms to develop a visionary conceptual plan for its emerging Downtown Core—a 5.39-acre city-owned area central to future economic and cultural activity. The RFQ invites expertise in urban design, planning, market research, and public engagement to create a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use district. The selected team will partner with the city to produce a master plan, financial model, policy recommendations, and ultimately enter into a development agreement aligned with community goals of revitalization, affordability, and historic preservation. Submission deadline is July 2, 2025.
