The deadline for proposal submissions was Monday, October 2, 2023, at 5:00 PM. Washington City released this city-owned prime commercial parcel for an RFP in the second quarter of 2023. The city is currently in discussions to develop a commercial center with a large grocer.

The development plans are expected to be reviewed in a public meeting in the third quarter of 2024.
