On September 5, 2024 the Washington City Council approved a Conditional Use Permit for a Winco grocery store on this city owned property. The site layout shows 4 out-parcels which are not part of this approval. The out parcels are shown to illustrate the larger picture of the site. These out-parcels will be required to obtain conditional use permit approval when they are ready to move forward. The total acreage of the site is approximately 13.22 acres.

The Winco building will be 84,000 square feet and includes 444 parking stalls. Parking is

adequate for the Winco building. As shown on the plan, each out-parcel will provide its own parking for the proposed future uses.
