The deadline for proposal submission was Monday, October 2, 2023 at 5:00 pm.

City put this city-owned prime commercial parcel out for RFP in the second quarter of 2023. City is currently engaged in discussions for development of a commercial center with a large grocer.

The development plans are expected to be reviewed at a public meeting in the 3rd quarter of 2024.
