Jr Rodeo - Cancelled
Apr 23, 5:00 pm
Millcreek Ranch - Map

The Junior Rodeo planned for Tuesday, April 23rd will be canceled for the safety of the horses. This is due to an equine outbreak of the Equine Herpes Virus 1 and another form of that virus called the Equine Herpes Myeloencephalopathy, which is a mutant strain of the EHV-1 virus that is a little bit more severe. EHV-1 can cause four manifestations of disease in horses, including neurological form, respiratory disease, abortion, and neonatal death. While it’s a disappointment safety always comes first. Come celebrate the rest of Cotton Days Friday night April 26th with the Movie in the Park & Ice Cream Social and all day Saturday, April 27th. For full details visit CottonDays.org.
