Pad elevations need to be a separate sheet from the Final Plat in the following format-

• From the final plat (copy), use lot layout and include pad elevations on each lot.

(This information does not have to be on the required final plat for recording but must be included with submission of final plat application).

• Dated, signed by engineer and engineer stamp on sheet.

• Uploaded to the “Pad elevation” checklist item in application in pdf format.
