Rent our Multi-Use room for bigger parties, corporate meetings and more! The Multi-Use Room has the ability to divide into two spaces with a collapsible wall.
Security may be required for the following:
All paperwork must be received 3 weeks prior to the event, reviewed by the Chief of Police; cost for security is the responsibility of the applicant. Licensed security company and security plan outline required.
Process for putting in a request:
1- Fill out an application in person or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the online application.
2-The request will be reviewed by an Events and rentals team member (they will check availability for that date, time, room rental, equipment, if it is a special event, any additional paperwork needed).
3-You will be contacted to pay either in full or 25% of the total cost non-refundable deposit
A team member will book your event and meet with you if needed (room map set up, table cloth colors, special situations).
4-Our Events/Rentals team will send you a confirmation email 2 days prior to your event.
5- Check-in at the front desk and ask for an Events/Rentals Team member.
