How to put in a request:

Fill out the appropriate request form and return it in person or by email. (Forms and email contacts are listed above.)

The request will be reviewed by a rentals team member. (If it is considered a special event additional paperwork may be needed).

A contract will be sent to you for review. The contract will need to be signed and returned.

You will be contacted to pay the required 25% non-refundable deposit.

A rental team member will then finalize and confirm the booking of your event.

Reception Hall
(Max Occupancy: 200)

Come tour the beautiful Reception Hall: Perfect for weddings, receptions, banquets, holiday parties, birthday celebrations, dances, music recitals, corporate training, and more!

Amenities:

Elegant and spacious 6,873 sq ft. size 87' x 79' Reception Hall. (Separate entrance from Community Center)
Large serving kitchen complete with refrigerator, and two warming ovens. Approx. 250 sq ft.
Private Restrooms and Water Fountains.
Tables are available in either 5' round or 8' long banquet formats (Quantity subject to availability)
Chairs (Quantity subject to availability)
Audio/Sound system with Bluetooth availability

Schedule your Birthday Party with us! Great for your group of 10-30, direct access to the inside of the pool area and outside patio.

Great for Company Parties, Family Reunions, School Groups, and other group celebrations come on out and have a great time! Book your swim/bbq party today!

Please Note:

All group pool rentals requests should be made 3 or more weeks in advance
All group rentals are not confirmed till a signed contract is returned and a 25% deposit has been made.

Amenities:

Large Pavilion with seating for up to 90 guests standard
3 of our 8-foot banquet tables (used for food. Games, prizes, etc.)
Use of large BBQ Grill & double burner ( outside food is allowed with paying rental)
Counter Space and a Sink with running water
Private gate ( for easy unloading and loading/ by request)
Misters in the patio area

Aquatics Group Rentals

Great for groups like schools, daycares, church and youth groups, swimming sports teams and clubs, groups of 30 or more.

Information and Rules:

All group pool rentals requests should be made 3 or more weeks in advance
All group rentals are not confirmed till a signed contract is returned and a 25% deposit has been made.
Groups should plan for the following Adult/Child ratios within the aquatic center during open swim hours:

0-3 year old children: 1 Adult/3 Child
4-9 year old children: 1 Adult/10 Children
Non open swim ratios and lap pool team ratios will be determined on an individual basis.

Gymnasium (Sports Rental)
(Max Occupancy: 475)

Rent the gym for volleyball, basketball, and other indoor sports. Cannot bring in any food or drink (water bottles are acceptable)

Amenities:

The size of each gymnasium is (Total sq ft=4,200) Size 84'x 50'.

Multi-use Room
(Max Occupancy: 100 for full room)

Rent the Multi-Use room for bigger parties, corporate meetings and more! The Multi-Use Room has the ability to divide into two spaces with a collapsible wall.

Amenities:

This size room is (Total Sq ft = 1,224) Size = 36' x 34'.
A single TV on each side of the room
Room divider option
One side of the room has access to counter space and a sink with running water
