Public Works - Water Department

Washington City's Public Works Water Department handles the water needs of the city. We utilize the latest filtering technology to produce clean water from our reservoirs. Water is one of the scarce resources we consume in the desert, please read about conserving it and do your part to make sure there is enough to go around. Also, because we depend upon watershed as a primary source of water, please read the "Storm Water Management" section.

New Communications Tool

The Water Department is now offering a comprehensive communication suite offering text messaging, email notifications, and voice messages for updates and information, enhancing connectivity and ensuring residents stay informed.
