Class Descriptions:

20/20: This class changes from week to week but the format remains the same. We’ll do 20 minutes of one thing, then 20 minutes of another. It might be cardio, then core or lower body, then upper. Join us today!

ADULT SWIM: This group is for all skill levels from beginner to elite, and will cater to the specific needs of each participant from those wishing to train for triathlons to those wishing to swim all competitive strokes and compete in competition - or to just improve your overall swimming skills.

AQUA CARDIO: Keeping your heart rate in the aerobic zone, this cardiovascular based class is a great way to get your heart rate up, and burn some calories. You will move through the water, and with that constant resistance, you will definitely blast those calories.

BARRE: Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen your body in ways that few other workouts can.

BURN 60: Keep your body guessing with 60 minutes of building muscle and burning calories by using different modalities (kettlebells, Bosu, TRX, etc.) with short cardio bursts. Come burn with us today!

CORE FOUNDATION: This class focuses on strengthening the core with a variety of exercise methods.  Our instructor has many years of experience, and she provides helpful tips and education during each class.

DOUBLE STEP: Like the original step class but twice the fun using two steps! Step aerobics has all the benefits of a high intensity cardio workout without putting stress on your joints and improves overall fitness.

FLEX: The name says it all! This straight-up strength training class has one goal in mind, to make you strong!  Instructors will take you through strength training movements specifically designed to be safe and effective. Get off the weight bench and see the results! 

HIGH FITNESS: High Fitness transforms old school aerobics into a new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness with the music you know and love. The formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks that keep your heart rate climbing and push your strength to the next level.  

HIIT: This high intensity interval training (HIIT) class has it all!  Both male and female clients will love this mix of strength and cardio conditioning intervals combined together for a one-of-a-kind challenge.  Every class presents a unique workout designed to give you results.  Easily modified for beginner to advanced athletes.

P10 HIIT: This high intensity workout has 10 rounds of HIIT paired with weight training and core, finishing with endurance and a core challenge for 60-minutes of a total body workout. Come get your strength on!

POP PILATES: Classic Pilates inspired using your bodyweight and a yoga mat. POP is full-body cardio, strength and flexibility. There’s a dance-like feel that comes from up-beat, pop-style music. Join us today!

POWER PILATES: The best of Pilates and strength class combined. This is a low impact class that focuses on strengthening and toning your muscles. We will do a lot of core work as well using our body weight as well as a variety of equipment (yoga balls, bosu etc...) This class is both relaxing and invigorating at the same time.

POWER X: Get in shape and do it quickly! This high-energy workout uses a variety of formats and equipment that not only keeps you moving, but keeps your muscles guessing. There are no plateaus in this workout. If you need variety and challenge, this is the class for you! 

SENIOR FIT: This fun class is for all ages that are just starting out exercising and need more of a beginning format or for those that are young at heart and want something tailored for you. This non impact class is always changing, incorporating dance, flexibility, strength, and stretching. Keeping it fun will make you want to come back again!

SHRED: If you need variety, this class is for you! Meet in the Spinning room to kick off your workout then move to the aerobics room for an ever-changing workout of weights, core, cardio and more! See you there!

SPINNING®: Greatest cardiovascular workout on the planet!  Follow your instructor on a journey through challenging hills and speed-soaked valleys all while you spin your legs to the beat of the music. Excellent for beginning to advanced exercisers. If new to the class, please plan on being 10 minutes early and ask your instructor for set-up and orientation. Beginner is perfect for those new to SPINNING or those not quite ready for a regular class.  You’ll learn the basics in a slower paced, full-length class.  Come check it out! 

STRENGTH & STRETCH: Come get your heart rate pumping as we build muscle using different modalities from TRX to Kettlebells to dumbbells and more then lengthen and stretch as we help release tension.

STRONG: A strength/cardio class all about high energy and motivating music, designed to push you past your current fitness and limiting beliefs. Come ready to squat, punch, kick, and burpee your way to a STRONG new you. All levels welcome.  

TRX Flex: TRX Suspension Training uses gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises.  TRX Flex fuses TRX and a variety of other modalities like free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells and more to create a unique and challenging workout.

XTREME HIP HOP STEP: Like the original step class but we’ve brought the club to the classroom! This class has the same step aerobics you love but brings with it the music that makes you want to move and groove.

YOGA:A balanced total body/mind workout. Stretching, strengthening, meditating, and releasing your muscle, easing away your tension. New energy flushes through you, soothing chronic pain, strengthening weak areas, nourishing and revitalizing. Come feel energized and relaxed, all in one class. Mats provided. All classes are formatted for all levels, from beginning to advanced.
