Class Descriptions:
AQUA CARDIO: Enjoy the benefits of swimming in a fun, low-impact, and joint friendly way. This water-based cardio workout improves cardiovascular health while challenging your endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels.
BARRE: A low-impact, full body workout blending Ballet, Pilates, Resistance training, and Interval training to ignite small muscle groups with light resistance and high reps. Perfect for all fitness levels.
BURN 60: 60 minutes of intense body work, using different modalities (kettlebells, Bosu, TRX, etc.) with short cardio bursts. This workout combines circuit training and strength training to make the most of your workout.
CHAIR YOGA: A gentle yoga class using a chair for support. Focus on deep relaxation, mindful breathing, and gentle stretching- all while remaining seated. Great for those looking for a calming, accessible experience.
CORE FOUNDATION: Strengthening your body’s core with exercises designed to target the abdominal muscles, obliques, lower back, and hips. This class goes beyond crunches to improve posture, stability, and overall strength.
THE FIX: A revolutionary approach that engages the entire body across multiple dimensions of motion. By utilizing diverse techniques, strength, flexibility, and balance, this method promotes functional fitness and enhances overall performance.
HIGH FITNESS: High Fitness transforms old-school aerobics into a new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness with the music you know and love. The formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks, keeping your heart rate climbing and pushing your strength to the next level.

POWER X: A high-energy workout designed for all levels, Power X uses a variety of formats and equipment to work every muscle group. With constant variety, you’ll never hit a plateau- strength and cardio training combined for maximum results.
RIDE & RESIST: For Spinning enthusiasts who love to ride but also need a total body workout in a short amount of time. Combining the benefits of cardio with strength training using different equipment modalities for a 60-minute fat-burning, muscle-building workout.
ROCK SOLID: A 60- minute class that targets your core power house, focusing on abs, back, glutes, and legs. Emphasizing lower-body strength and core stability, this workout builds a strong foundation for overall fitness.
SENIOR FIT: A fun low-impact class designed for older adults and beginners. Senior fit combines dance, stretching, strength exercises, and flexibility to enhance mobility and overall fitness in a supportive and engaging environment.
