        Class capacity is determined by the room’s size and is to be in accordance with fire code guidelines.

MPR=Multipurpose room next to the front desk. The Group Exercise schedule is subject to change due to instructor availability and demand.

Class Descriptions:

AQUA CARDIO: Keeping your heart rate in the aerobic zone, this cardiovascular-based class is a great way to get your heart rate up, and burn calories. You will move through the water, and with that constant resistance, you will definitely blast those calories.

BURN 60: Keep your body guessing with 60 minutes of building muscle and burning calories using different modalities (kettlebells, Bosu, TRX, etc.) with short cardio bursts. Come burn with us today! 

CHAIR YOGA: This is a gentle class adapting yoga poses with a chair. This class cultivates awareness and deep relaxation

through meditation, breath work, and gentle stretches all without the stress of getting up and down off the floor.

CORE FOUNDATION: This class focuses on strengthening the core with various exercise methods. Our instructor has many years of experience, and she provides helpful tips and education during each class.

FLEX: Its name says it all! This straight-up strength training class has one goal in mind, to make you strong! Instructors will take you through strength training movements specifically designed to be safe and effective. Get off the weight bench and see the results! 

FOAM ROLLING: Foam rolling works with your fascia to relieve muscle tension,  improve range of motion, and improve the lymphatic system.

HIGH FITNESS: High Fitness transforms old-school aerobics into a new fitness experience that combines simple, modern fitness with the music you know and love. The formula alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks, keeping your heart rate climbing and pushing your strength to the next level.

HIGH LOW/HIGH YO: 3O/30  A lower impact workout, HIGH Low is the sister format to our flagship HIGH. Offering impact progressions for every move, HIGH Low is a steady-state cardio workout tailored to the individual, by the individual. Highly adaptable to all fitness levels. Followed by 30 min of High Yo. Yoga inspired, music driven stretching.

HIIT: High-intensity interval Training incorporates several rounds alternating between several minutes of high-intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one's maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower-intensity movements.

Power Yoga:  Retrain your brain and body to move better for everyday life. Learn how to stand strong in your spirit with our trademarked Triple S methodology, which aligns your skull, scapulae, and sacrum to improve posture and optimize movement habits. Enjoy the benefits of increased flexibility, enhanced vitality, and mindful movement.

PILATES: Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs.

POWER X: Get in shape and do it quickly! This high-energy workout uses a variety of formats and equipment that not only keeps you moving but keeps your muscles guessing. There are no plateaus in this workout. If you need variety and challenge, this is the class for you! 

RACE-READY CYCLE:  75 min. Race Ready Cycle uses skills and drills meant to build up your cardiovascular endurance and leg strength. Whether you’re training for your next race or working on personal goals, this class is for you.

RIDE & RESIST: For Spinning enthusiasts who love to ride but also need a total body workout in a short amount of time. Combining the benefits of cardio with strength training using different equipment modalities for a 60-minute fat-burning, muscle-building workout.

ROCK SOLID: In this 60-minute class we will strengthen and tone the core area of the body including your abs, back, and butt! Strong glute muscles are extremely important as these muscles can have a significant impact on your overall body strength.

SENIOR FIT: This fun class is for all ages and levels. This non-impact class is constantly changing, incorporating dance, flexibility, strength, and stretching. Keeping it fun will make you want to come back again!

SPIN FLEX: If you need variety, this class is for you! Meet in the Spinning room to kick off your workout then move to the aerobics room for an ever-changing workout of weights, core, cardio, and more! See you there!

SPINNING®: Greatest cardiovascular workout on the planet! Follow your instructor on a journey through challenging hills and speed-soaked valleys all while you spin your legs to the beat of the music. Excellent for beginning to advanced exercisers. If new to the class, please plan on being 10 minutes early and ask your instructor for set-up and orientation. Come check it out! 

STRENGTH AND STRETCH: Come get your heart rate pumping as we build muscle using different modalities from TRX to kettlebells to dumbbells and more than lengthen and stretch as we help release the tension from your body.

TRX Flex: TRX Suspension Training uses gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. TRX Flex combines TRX and a variety of other modalities like free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, and more to create a unique and challenging workout.

UPBEAT BARRE: A muscular endurance-based workout that fuses strength training, ballet, yoga, and Pilates with popular music to create a sweaty, fun, and balanced workout with varying intensity levels designed to include everyone.

YOGA:  A balanced mind and body workout. Stretching, strengthening, meditating, and releasing your muscles, easing away your tension. New energy flushes through you, soothing chronic pain, strengthening weak areas, nourishing and revitalizing. Feel energized and relaxed, all in one class. Mats provided. All classes are formatted for all levels, from beginning to advanced.
