Tai Chi for Arthritis & Fall Prevention Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an 8 week class, on Mondays and Wednesdays, that will be taught by USU Extension. Tai Chi combines a slow movement with deep breathing. It has been shown that it can increase strength; improve balance and posture; prevent falls; strengthen mind, body and spirit and reduce stress and support relaxation. Participants are asked to be willing to commit to this class twice a week for all 8 weeks. This is a program that builds on each class.
